Iron Streak is a lifting log that builds each lifter a plan and keeps score with a workout streak. In Community lifts, lifters find plans other people made, start them in a tap, and log every set against them.
Your plan runs inside the app the way you wrote it: each day's lifts, sets, reps and rest, week after week, with weights that move up as people get stronger.
How it works
- Share a planIn the app, Plan tab → Share a plan with the community. Share the plan you're on or build a new one: the same week every week, or 2 to 12 weeks that change from week to week. Give it a title, a description and who it's best for.
- Free, or set a priceShare it free, or charge from $0.99 to $99.99. To sell, connect a Stripe account in the app: Stripe checks who you are and pays your share into your bank.
- Get foundFits you puts your plan in front of lifters whose days, equipment, session length and goal it suits, and Trending shows what people are starting and rating. Buyers can try a paid plan's first training day free, and leave a review once they've started it.
- Add your bio and linksPlan tab → Your creator profile: a short bio and your Instagram or TikTok, shown with your plans and on your profile.
- Share your creator linkPlan tab → Share your creator link gives you
ironstreakapp.com/u/your-username?ref=creator. Put it in your bio, posts and videos. Sales that come through it are marked as yours. Share on one of your plans gives a link straight to it. - Watch your numbersEach plan's page shows its views, how many people started it and its sales, with those through your link. You see the counts, never who.

Featured creators
Iron Streak picks creators to feature at the top of Community lifts. There's nothing to apply for: share plans you're proud of, describe them honestly and look after your buyers.
The rules
Share programs that are your own, describe them honestly, follow the community rules, and answer refund requests within 7 days (ones left waiting are refunded automatically). Buyers can ask for a refund within 14 days. The full rules are in Sharing, Selling and Ratings and reviews in our Terms of Service.
