These terms are an agreement between you and Iron Streak for the Iron Streak app and website (ironstreakapp.com). "Iron Streak", "we" and "us" mean the developer of Iron Streak. By creating an account or using Iron Streak, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Iron Streak.
The short version
- Iron Streak is for general fitness. It isn't medical advice, and you're responsible for how you train.
- What you post is yours. Keep it about training and keep it friendly: what breaks the community rules is removed.
- Community plans are made by other lifters, not by us. Paid plans are sold by their creators through Stripe, and Iron Streak keeps 15% of each sale. A paid plan's first training day is free to see and try.
- Bought a plan that isn't what you expected? Ask for a refund on its page within 14 days. The creator has 7 days to answer, or it's refunded automatically.
- Selling plans? They must be your own work, and you agree to answer refund requests within 7 days.
- You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.
1. Using Iron Streak
- You must be at least 13 to use Iron Streak. If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you buy a plan. To sell plans, you must be old enough to have your own Stripe account.
- Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account, and an account is for one person.
- We may change, add or remove features, and Iron Streak may sometimes be unavailable.
2. Your health and safety
- Iron Streak is for general fitness and information only. It isn't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Check with a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an injury or a health condition, are pregnant, or haven't trained in a while.
- Workout plans, targets, calorie and macro numbers and food data are estimates. The AI Trainer, form checks and Photo log use AI, which can be wrong.
- Community plans are written by other people on Iron Streak. We don't check them for safety or results.
- Use good form and weights you can handle, use a spotter or safety equipment where it makes sense, and stop if something hurts. You're responsible for how you train.
3. Your content
- You own what you post, send and share on Iron Streak: posts, photos, videos, comments, messages, community plans and your profile.
- You give Iron Streak permission to store, copy, resize and show it, only as needed to run Iron Streak and to show it to the people you share it with (your friends, the person you message, or everyone signed in for a community plan). This ends when you delete it or your account, apart from copies other people saved to their own devices and records we have to keep.
- Only share what you have the right to share. If you believe something on Iron Streak copies your work, email us with where it is and what it copies, and we'll review it.
- We may remove anything that breaks these terms. Other people's content is theirs, and we aren't responsible for it.
4. Community rules
These apply to everything people post or share on Iron Streak, including profiles, posts, comments, messages and community plans.
- Keep it about training, and keep it friendly.
- No nudity or sexual content, hate, harassment, threats, violence or spam.
- Only post photos and videos you have the right to share, and nobody who hasn't agreed to be in them.
- No unsafe or harmful advice, scams, or pretending to be someone else.
- Report anything that breaks these rules from its ⋯ menu, and block anyone you don't want to hear from.
There's no place on Iron Streak for objectionable content or abusive users. To keep it that way:
- Words that break these rules can't be posted, and some usernames are kept for Iron Streak.
- Something reported by several people is hidden until we've looked at it.
- Someone you aren't friends with can send you one message, in words only, until you reply (that's a message request). People under 18 can message only their friends.
- There are limits on how much an account can post, comment and send in a day.
We review reports within 24 hours, remove what breaks these rules, and suspend or close accounts that break them, without notice when we need to.
5. Community plans
Sharing a plan
- A plan you share must be your own program, or one you have the right to share. Don't copy someone else's paid plan, and don't pass off someone else's program as yours.
- Describe it honestly: its title, description, who it's best for and its weeks should match what people get.
- Everyone signed in to Iron Streak can see a shared plan's listing: its title, description, price, outline, rating and reviews, and your name, username, photo and creator bio. Its lifts, sets and reps show to people who start it, or who buy it if it costs money, except that the first training day of a paid plan shows in full to everyone who can see the plan, as a free sample they can do in their own plan.
- A creator bio, and the Instagram or TikTok usernames you add to it, must be your own and follow the community rules. Links to anywhere else aren't allowed.
- You can edit, hide or remove your plans from the Plan tab. A plan someone bought can be hidden but not deleted, so its buyers keep it. If you delete your account, your plans go with it, including ones people bought.
- We may remove a plan that breaks these terms.
Selling plans
- Paid plans are sold through Stripe. To sell, you connect your own Stripe account and agree to Stripe's terms, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Stripe checks who you are and pays you out.
- You're the seller of your plans. Each sale is a payment to your Stripe account, and Iron Streak keeps 15% of the price as its fee. Stripe's card fee comes out of your share.
- A sale that comes through your own creator link (your profile or plan link ending in ?ref=creator) is marked as yours. Iron Streak keeps 10% of the price on those sales instead of 15%; the fee for them is also shown at ironstreakapp.com/creators and in the app. Don't use your link to buy your own plans or to pass off sales that didn't come from it.
- Iron Streak may feature some creators in Community. Who's featured is our choice, and it can change at any time.
- You set the price, from $0.99 to $99.99 (US dollars). You're responsible for any taxes on your sales and earnings.
- You agree to answer refund requests in the app within 7 days. If you don't, the buyer is refunded automatically. A refund gives the buyer the full price back: Iron Streak returns its fee to you, and Stripe keeps its card fee. Refunds and card disputes are taken from your Stripe balance.
- We may stop an account from selling if it breaks these terms, for example by selling plans that are copied, empty or not what they describe.
Buying plans
- When you buy a plan, you pay its creator on Stripe's checkout page. Iron Streak never sees your card details. Prices are in US dollars.
- Buying a plan lets you use it for your own training. Its content stays its creator's: don't resell, republish or share it.
- In the iPhone app, paid plans can be bought only where the App Store allows it. You can always buy them on the website.
Refunds for plans
- Within 14 days of buying a plan, you can ask for a refund: open the plan and tap Ask for a refund (it's also in the plan's ⋯ menu). Pick what's wrong and add a note if you like.
- The plan's creator decides. If they don't answer within 7 days, it's refunded automatically.
- If you buy a plan you already have, the second payment is refunded automatically.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and can take 5 to 10 days to show.
- Once a plan is refunded, it's no longer yours to use. You can buy it again any time.
- If a creator declines and you believe the plan breaks these terms (for example, it's empty, copied or not what it described), contact us and we'll look into it.
None of this takes away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
6. Ratings and reviews
- Once you've started or bought a community plan, you can rate it from 1 to 5 stars and write a review of it. Others see each plan's average rating and how many ratings it has, not who gave them. A review shows with your stars, name, username and photo.
- Rate and review honestly, from your own experience of the plan. Reviews follow the community rules and can't have links. Don't offer or accept anything in exchange for a rating or review, or use other accounts to rate or review your own plans. We may remove ratings and reviews that break these rules.
- You can edit or delete your review at any time. A creator can report a review of their plan but can't remove it.
7. Iron Streak Pro
- Iron Streak is free to use. Iron Streak Pro is an optional subscription that adds features, described in the app; we may add to or change what it includes. Where it's offered, Lifetime is a one-time purchase of Pro instead: it doesn't renew, and keeps Pro on for as long as Iron Streak offers Pro. It's sold and billed by Apple in the iPhone app, under Apple's terms, and works on the website with the same account.
- Free trials, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple: cancel at least 24 hours before a period ends in your iPhone's Settings, and ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iPhone app.
8. Things you can't do
- Break the law, or use Iron Streak to harm, harass, scam or mislead anyone.
- Get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or get around Iron Streak's limits (such as the AI Trainer's daily limit) or security.
- Copy, scrape or resell Iron Streak's content or features, or use bots or other automated tools on it.
- Upload malware, or anything else that stops Iron Streak working properly.
9. Iron Streak's own content
The app, the website, the exercise guides and their drawings, and everything else we made are Iron Streak's. You can use them for your own training while you have an account. If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them without owing you anything.
10. Other services
Iron Streak works with services run by others, such as Apple, Google, Stripe, Anthropic and the food databases it searches. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for them.
11. Ending your account
- You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account. Deleting it doesn't cancel an Apple subscription: cancel that in your iPhone's Settings.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk, and hide the plans it sells.
12. No guarantees
Iron Streak is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it will always work, be free of mistakes, or get you a particular result, and we aren't responsible for what happens from following a plan, a target or an AI answer.
13. Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, Iron Streak isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about Iron Streak is limited to the greater of what you paid Iron Streak (its fees and subscriptions) in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app or on this page. If you keep using Iron Streak after a change, the new terms apply.
